Running for President of R.A.M.S.
Most of you have seen me around the R.A.M.S. circuits and after being involved in the society for my last two years and it’s become a part of my uni family. I love this small alcohol fuelled society we have and want to see it succeed more so than ever.
All the events we have currently are great and I’d like to think that most of you have a fantastic time surrounded by some of the most amazing people I have met at university. This being said however I have a huge amount of ideas of other events we can do as a society not all alcohol related so for those of us that don’t drink can have an incredible time as well. These could be anything from the escape rooms in Stoke to the trampoline park that is also close to us.
I’d love to do a few crossover events with other societies as well to grow our small slice of Rock and Metal throughout the uni as much as we can.
I’ll of course be open to suggestions from everyone throughout the year more you’d want to see within the society, e.g gig trips, other clubs to visit or anything you can think of and I shall do my best to accommodate any requests.
I hope you’ll consider me for being your R.A.M.S. president within the new academic year and regardless I look forward to seeing you all for the remainder of this year and the next!
