Hi i’m Amy Smith, I will be running for the finance officer position in the Mental Health and Wellbeing society.
I have been the manager for MHW for the past 2 years, but due to going into my final year of uni next year I would prefer someone else became more involved with the society and integrate new ideas as well as passing on my own knowledge and support to the new committee so they do not feel “alone” which could help the society grow and develop.
In the past 2 years as manager we have done multiple fundraisers as well as awareness days and tea and talk. I would like to broaden this with a new committee who could input and bring their own ideas to the table.
