"Really patient in bringing new students up to speed, especially those new to higher level study or who had been out of study for some time. Many of her students were unfamiliar with IT, with what the academic study entailed, with the expectations the Uni had of them, and with how to use the Uni systems. She coped really well with loads of questions from nervous students and made a real difference in helping them prepare for the Staffs experience."
