Who Are We?

The Staffs Mario Kart Society was founded in 2022 and has been a fan favourite for students since. We are crazy for anything and everything related to Mario Kart and Nintendo, with sessions and events happening weekly. Have a look below to see more about us and what we offer you:

What Do We Regularly Run?

• We host weekly karting sessions in Mellor S500 (Top Floor) every Friday, from 6 - 9pm!
• We host society tournaments in the Ember Lounge every month, on Fridays from 6 - 9pm!
• We offer free beginner lessons every month!
• We play regular matches against other universities all across the country!
• We run regular collaborations with other Nintendo based societies, where any and all Nintendo games are appreciated!

What Else Do We Offer?

• We have an active speedrunning leaderboard that is updated and maintained daily!
• We run a specialist formula one style season for members to compete in!
• We host special events across the university year, such as an awards ceremony!​
