Hello, I am Buster. I have been the Head of Snowsports for one year already, which has given me a lot of experience with running this society.
This year has already been extremely succesful, we have competed in an official varsity event, have brought on new members and retained a decent amount of attendance each week and have completed an abroad trip with another happening within the Easter break, as well as two Chill Factore trips.
If I am elected to be the Head again I will ensure events like these are run smoothly and frequently, and now with my previous experience I will look to expand this society even further and improve upon what has already been established.
My main goals for next year are as follows:
- Run abroad ski trips, in December and April.
- Run more Chill Factore events; At least 2 per semester.
- Increase membership numbers; Allows for more events to be run.
- Run more social events; Either being in Ember Lounge or elsewhere.
- Find potential sponsors for SUSC branded clothing.
- Improve our performance in Varsity; As well as look towards other Uni competitions.
- Run fundraising events to ensure better finances; Allows for more social events etc.
- Improve communication with members and committee members; Revamping the Discord and sign up sheet, and continually improving the society based on suggestions.
Some of these changes will be made ready for the start of the academic year.

We aren't the largest society, but I have ambitions for us becoming one of the best, all I need from you is your vote and support. Thank You.
