The Zen Project
A day of guided Zen Sessions to help you into to your new academic year, focusing on helping to lower stress and anxiety levels, and helping you to feel a sense of belonging. Involving a mixture of guided mediation and Visualisation, breathwork and sound therapy. All delivered from our converted American school bus! We will be parked in the Ambulance Bay section of the Stafford campus grounds.
This is a free service offered to all students.
You do not need to bring anything with you, just yourself as all equipment is provided. We do recommend wearing loose comfy clothing, though this is not essential.
Within 11 minutes you will override your nervous system and then have a positive impact on your body and mind.
Each session has 15 spaces available.

All sessions will be done under the guidance of a fully trained instructor. Please note we may use music imagery and other technics.
