The Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR) provides a single comprehensive record of your achievement. It is an extended digital transcript you can access which contains detailed information about your learning and achievements.

Along with your degree certificate, it will support applications for employment and further study, as the HEAR is designed to be shared securely with others, including potential employers or other higher education institutions, if you are applying for further study. It will fully capture your academic performance and a range of non-academic achievements, enhancing your employability.

The HEAR provides a free electronic record of your academic transcript, achievements and programme information, but also additional roles within the Students’ Union, ResLife or as an Ambassador. Some Unitemps work experience will also be included.

Students who have completed their studies are eligible to receive a Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR) from Staffordshire University and you can build your HEAR over the course of your studies by checking it year on year.

Volunteering is a great way to enhance your HEAR, by creating and updating your Volunteering Profile, both your on campus and community based volunteering can be recognised and included in your Higher Education Achievement Report - a great way to showcase your skills and committment to future employers!
