"Emilia makes me Proud to be Staffs by demonstrating her commitment and dedication to her role with the Union and going the extra mile to make the experiences great for both the students and staff she serves and the colleagues she works with. It is clear that she takes an enormous pride in her work and is a natural leader in that she instils those values in the team members she works with. What sums up for me why she makes me proud to be Staffs is that even when she isn't working and a customer of Squeezebox, she thinks nothing of picking up a cloth and wiping down counters and clearing tables whilst she is waiting for her own coffee to be made. These subtle but significant actions don't go unnoticed and should be celebrated. Thank you Emilia"
