Proud to be Staffs Story: Jayne Shaw
A proud student told us...
'I'm nominating Jayne for this award as her Manager, I've watched Jayne over the last 12 months plus to continue to make the customer experience within the shop an excellent one., Jayne has done a marvelous job of maintaining standards to a high degree with reduced core staffing and with the higher than expected sales achieved. Jayne as taken on and trained a TM from another department who was finding it difficult . Jayne as carried on working extra hours when needed to ensure the smooth running of the shop. This is why Jayne makes me proud to be staffs.'
