"Laura gave me a great deal of help on a busy karaoke shift. Throughout the shift she was on, she got with jobs as expected. It was only after her shift finished at 10pm where she really helped. A first aid incident occurred whilst during peak entry times. Laura came out from the table where she was helping raise funds for Movember with the Scarlettes cheerleading team to give me a hand with the incident. She knew the person who was having the first aid issue and help us reassure them that they were going to be ok. She helped clear the area over and over again from students trying to get involved or take pictures and answered a phone call from the person who needed first aid's friend and directed their friend onto the campus so we could get them to the hospital as quick as possible. She was a real great help, and I can't thank her enough!"
