"Michelle is a compassionate soul who is passionate about her work and consistently pushes herself to support students and the GreenPad team. Ever since she has undertaken the new role as Lettings Manager, I can honestly say she has stepped up to the challenge brilliantly. She is always there to support staff with any incidents that arise and ensures that we feel heard throughout the day. Michelle never forgets that students should be at the forefront of our minds when making any completing any of our duties. She is an active listener, who can sympathize with the troubles that students face and will do everything in her power to resolve any problems that are brought to our attention. Michelle is amazing at maintaining a professional approach, but nothing is quite as reassuring as the hilarious jokes and stories she tells. She can immediately light up a room with her humour, and it is enough to bring up anyone's mood, no matter how stressful the situation may be. With the challenges that a new role can bring, alongside the stress that managing a new team can be, she has remained incredibly strong, and I could not be prouder to work with a colleague as amazing as Michelle.
