Our everyday heroes rarely get thanked for their work and their efforts; it can be sometimes easy to miss just how much they do. Philippa supports her school and team tirelessly to deliver excellent learning experiences to our students. Thank you Philippa, for making us Proud to be Staffs.
Philippa Harley's Story
"Philippa is the person who makes sure our team is able to do its thing successfully. She is regularly going above and beyond what is required of her role to ensure that staff have the support they need to succeed. Whether this is organising teaching timetables into a format that is easy to understand, helping with travel bookings or ensuring calendars are up to date she is invaluable and without her we would struggle to be as efficient as we are. Philippa does all of this in a calm, professional and friendly manor and is always happy to help or crack a joke when things get tough. Her drive, professionalism and ability to organise multiple things at the same time has an impact on the team that is way beyond what could or should be expected of somebody in her role. "
