Proud to be Staffs Story: Sarah Rose

This story tell us about a wonderful lecturer, who takes the time to make every student feel important and valued. For us this shows just how important it is to be supportive of each other, which has been so critical over the course of the pandemic. Thank you Sarah, for making us Proud to be Staffs.

Sarah Rose's Story

"Sarah has been so supportive, whether it’s in lectures, one-to-ones or over email throughout the whole pandemic. She’s always quick to answer emails and questions and has been especially compassionate given the current situation. I feel that she has gone the extra mile compared to other lecturers as she makes time to chat and ask how everyone is during the lectures and for every task she sets us, she takes into account everyone’s unique situations at home. Sarah also provides extra support around assessments by offering drop-ins and so much information on blackboard. I feel as though this year would’ve been a lot more difficult without her continued support!"
