Tom, as our Impact and Insight Coordinator, works quitely behind the scenes pulling together masses of information to support our decisions and our priorities. Tom Hope's Story

"There are many roles in the Students Union and University that are not centrefold. One of these roles is taken up by an eager, enthusiastic and electrifying individual. Tom Hope's tenacity for his work - from helping student voice, engagement, the Marketing Team or Officers - helps to inform so much of what the Students Union does for students! My story relates specifically to his work in the Leadership Race this year, wherein he helped candidates map out where was busiest on campus. The way he can make people care about data to help guide our work is truly impressive and it was so great seeing candidates engage in that sort of materials (when they normally wouldn't!) If things are asked last minute Tom will do his best to get them turned around best he can or help come up with ways of doing things to benefit the organisation. Few throw in the dedication he has - so to that, I salute you Tom, you certainly help me feel Proud to be Staffs!"
