Hey there, if you are a new student, you probably don’t know what your students’ union is? What we do? And, how we help students?
Your students' union is led by student representatives who are elected by the students like you. They are responsible for representing you, so you can seek their support for various issues. We organise social events, sports, and societies catering to a wide range of hobbies and interests.
We also represent your interests while at Staffordshire University by empowering you to make the right decisions for your circumstances, including student finance, money, housing and academic issues. We can also advise and represent you during formal university proceedings, whether that's for Academic Conduct, Student Conduct or Fitness to Practice cases.
As we organise social events on the campus, it is important to understand how to buy tickets on our website? Here is the step by step guide how to purchase tickets!
1) Go to www.staffsunion.com/whatson
Here on our What’s on page, we put all our social events organised by us and the students from clubs and societies. If you haven’t joined any clubs and societies yet, here we have explained it in detail.
2) From number of different events, click on the one you like to buy tickets, and you can read more information about the event. Let’s click on the Welcome Party!
3) As you can see in the left corner, you will see buying options and, on the right, more information about the event. We highly suggest you read all information on the page and then buy your tickets.
4) To buy tickets – Click on the BUY button. It will ask you to login if you haven’t already. Login with your username and password. Choose number of tickets, click on buy to add the ticket in your basket and then click on the basket icon underneath to checkout.
5) And now proceed to checkout. Enter your billing address and click – Pay now.
6) Enter your debit card details and complete the payment.
Once complete, you will get the confirmation on your registered email ID.
