25/11 - Back at work after some time off; I did a lot of travelling last week! This included going up to Stafford to take part in the Allied Health Department periodic review, where I and other members of staff from different areas of the university were able to make sure that the plans which the academics have for the next year would live up to the students' expectations. I also engaged in the Regulations Group meeting, where we had some discussions about where we can implement student representation in some upcoming policy changes. Finally, I had the SUL Games course committee meeting, which was very fruitful, as it helped bridge some gaps in communication between academic and professional service staff and the students.
