04/12 - I attended the Board of Governors meeting and Strategic Event this week. It was a great opportunity to learn more about the University's strategic direction and priorities for the future, which also shows the University's commitment to student success and to providing a high-quality educational experience for all students. I had the chance to catch up with several students this week to support their project initiatives. In an additional meeting, the Officers met with Rep Council to discuss and understand the way forward on some changes currently happening within the University. We will all be working together to ensure that these changes do not negatively impact the student experience.
11/12 - As we move into the last few weeks of term, I've been working to make sure everything is tidied up and ready for the winter. As well as this, I've been back out on the Stoke campus to collect your opinions ahead of our Better Staffs Forum this week, whilst also attending some of my regular, important boards and committees.
18/12 - Last week, I was at the Digital Transformation Board and also chaired the Trustee Board for the Students' Union, where we welcomed our new trustees to the Board. I wrapped up the week with the last Better Staffs Forum for the year with our Rep Council members.
