This year's Great Donate campaign saw students donating a whole lot of pre-loved items, utilising the donation bins located around Stoke campus.
When leaving accomodation at the end of the academic year, many students find that they have pre-loved items that need to find new homes and the best way to give these items a new lease of life is to donate them.
We're all about reduce, reuse, recycle and there are opportunities throughout the year for students to do their bit.
Reslife regularly run Swap Shops during the year where students can donate and swap unwanted items, and we also have charity donation bins, conveniently located on campus near halls of residence so students can donate items to charity too.
This year 217 bags were collected for British Heart Foundation, contributing thousands of pounds towards the life saving research of the charity.
