They work really hard to cultivate a warming and welcoming community where, even if you're just here to make new friends and know nothing about the game, you’re always welcome! They have super friendly staff who are always hands-on and ready to help with any issues you may have. Even if you want to learn how to play the game, we're here to help you!
Upcoming Plans
They are currently planning a big Christmas charity event called "Staffs Holiday Havoc" on the 14th of December where they will be working on raising money for Cancer research UK, this will be taking place in the esports arena in the beacon building and will be live streamed on Twitch!
In addition to having that event planned, they are in the grass route stages of organising a massive cross-university LAN event with seven other uni's hosted at the College of Esports sometime in January.
They also boast of having not one but two division one teams in the interuniversity esports league known as NSE, Where they compete for a cash prize each season! As well as having the two division one team, the society also has numerous other teams from all different types of skill sets. Where they all come to play at our weekly meetings together, building on the sense of community they’re cultivating. And as of last week, they’ve officially hit and surpassed a whopping 100 official members!

Get Involved
They meet every Thursday at 5 pm on the top floor of the Beacon building in room T204! They usually run until 9.30/10 pm but you can come and go as you please, however they do recommend you pick up a FREE membership from our student union page if you do! Let’s see how to do that!
