Staffs Esports is the home of esports and gaming at Staffs - Quite literally! Whether you're a casual gamer, play competitively in a university league, want to learn how to run events and be involved with their production, or just want to find others who are into the same games as you, society provides support for it all.

Staffs Esports is the home of esports and gaming at Staffs - Quite literally!

Whether you're a casual gamer, play competitively in a university league, want to learn how to run events and be involved with their production, or just want to find others who are into the same games as you, society provides support for it all.

It's important to the society to push that gaming at university can be comfortable and inclusive to everyone - nobody likes being cooped up alone, and they want to strive to not only bring people together under that banner, but to help bring together a network of gaming and esports-related development throughout the university.

Working extremely closely with the academic department for esports, goal is to ensure that gaming, both competitively and casually, is represented properly and authentically, making sure that every single gaming society can work together in harmony with the equipment at their disposal.

How can you get involved with Staff Esports?

They meet every Saturday at the Esports Hub in Beacon for a myriad of chill gaming sessions, with other societies "taking over" every other week for collaboration. They also invite all their members to join us at GG in Ember Lounge every time it's hosted.

You can also get involved in their weekly Sixers Saturday a "sandbox" gaming session occurring in the university's top-of-the-line esports facilities from 4 – 7 pm in T204, beacon building.
