At Staffordshire University Students' Union, we believe that every student's voice can shape the future of our institution. As part of my manifesto plan to involve students in university decision-making, the Officer Team is thrilled to announce the Re-launch of Staffs100—an initiative designed to bring together a diverse group of students who will work alongside our academic representatives to create a great student experience. The goal is simple: to ensure that student perspectives are heard, valued, and acted upon and followed up on by both the University and the Students' Union.
What is Staffs100?
Staffs100 is a student-led initiative aimed at expanding student engagement across a broader demographic. The group will consist of students who will act as a bridge between the wider student body, academic reps, and key decision-makers. This initiative ensures that the experiences, ideas, and concerns of students from all walks of life are captured, guaranteeing that no voice goes unheard.
Why Staffs100?
While our academic reps are already doing excellent work gathering feedback on academic issues, we know that student life encompasses much more. From social interactions to wellbeing, finances, and extracurricular activities, many factors shape the university experience. Staffs100 will broaden the scope of our feedback system, helping us gain a more holistic understanding of what students need to thrive.
By collaborating with both the Students' Union and the University, Staffs100 will provide valuable insights to inform key decisions, helping improve student services, shape academic policies, and enhance overall student experience at Staffordshire University.

You can contribute in Staffs100 in lots of ways, by filling up this STAFFS 100 Interest form, completing a quick pulse survey through to mystery shopping our services. Whilst this is a voluntary opportunity, we will record your contributions and make sure you get recognised through the HEAR (Higher Achievement Record) for your involvement in the project. As well as this looking great on your CV.
