Opportunity description:

 Changes Health & Wellbeing provide mental health support services for children, young people and adults in Stoke on Trent and across Staffordshire > Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire Moorlands, Stafford, South Staffordshire, Cannock Chase and Rugeley.

Opportunity Location: North Staffordshire and SoT

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To plan a range of social inclusion activities
  • To draft a bi-monthly social calendar and promote throughout Changes membership
  • To organise and support the delivery of activities.
  • To ensure relevant monitoring and evaluation documents are completed correctly
  • To ensure that no one is discriminated against in terms of age, gender, sexuality, race, disability, religion etc.,
  • To ensure that equal opportunities are fully implemented in all times 
  • To attend regular supervision with the Volunteer Support Worker
  • To ensure that Health & Safety requirements are met at all times
  • To report any relevant incidents in a timely and appropriate manner to the Volunteer Support Worker
