Opportunity description:

Ruff & Ruby Urban Youth Charity is a local Stoke-on-Trent Registered charity that engages, energises & empowers ‘vulnerable’ young people to realise their value, reach their potential & in turn revolutionise their individual world, impacting the wider community & leaving a legacy for the future generations. This is achieved by promoting positive self esteem & aspirations through innovative programs & services that promote Value & Significance whilst giving ‘opportunity & infusing purpose.

We’re looking for friendly volunteers who can share their skills and deliver activities & workshops within our community hub. This could be for a single session or on a more regular basis.

We would appreciate any time that you’re able to offer! We would love to hear from Drama & dance teachers, sports coaches, exercise instructors, crafters, knitters, magicians, circus skills, singers, rappers, artists, health professionals, first aiders, photographers, film makers, designers, skaters, bakers, crafters, DJs, musicians, nutritionists,hair and beauty therapists, nail technicians & makeup artists, & any other skill you may have!

Training:

 All volunteers will receive relevant training/support for the role.

  • Personal enrichment
