Network Leader Edward (Eddie) Bammeke has top priorities for this year such as:

Expansion of Black History Month activity.

More inclusion of International opportunities in the global south.

Engaging with the diverse cultures of Staffordshire University.

Engage with international students accross the university and the globe and work towards establishing more internships.

Eddie organised local artist Balogun, to host a light art event for Black History Month! Many students, Choto and the African Carribean Society joined them in creating amazing results, check it out!
Who are ACS?
The African Carribean Society their aim is to create an innovative university experience through a celebration of culture, music, history and education, to encourage growth throughout our community, creating a platform for talents and individuals to come together, to empower and support individuals of African and Caribbean heritage. Everyone is welcome.
What we want to achieve:
- Equality in the University community
- Inclusion of all ethnic backgrounds
- Educate Everyone about the African and Caribbean Culture
Members will:
- Get discounts on our events and occasionally go free entry to our events on campus.
- Be first to know about any events we have.
- Interacting with us and let your opinion be heard and feel comfortable with the Staffordshire University Community.
