University data protection form

Because both the University and Union take your privacy seriously, your permission is required to allow your data to be transferred from the University to other organisations (including the Students Union).

If you do not have a student portal account at Staffsunion.com or your University card won't swipe you into the venues, it is likely to be because you haven't given your consent during the enrollment process.

If you completed online enrollment this is an online section of the form (see below), if you enrolled manually then it is a seperate form that you should have been issued to complete and return.

You can add your details to create a Union account at any time by completing the DPA (data protection Act) form at a University Information point.  You can check or add to your details held by the Union at any time by logging into the Union portal and viewing your account, profile memberships and contact details.
If you would like your details completely removed then please send an email to union@staffs.ac.uk to this effect from your University email account requesting this to happen.
