"Kacey has been a seriously great help over the past two weeks and without him I don't know how Ember would have been able to function. Being trained up on the day for a shift leader close during a tough time with staff absences, Kacey didn't complain about the extra responsibilities being thrown at him, instead he took the time to learn new tasks and worked well running Ember without a manager being present. Not only once but he did this twice within the two week period where we were really struggling. Without Kacey the venue would have been seriously struggling over these past two weeks. He's been a real gem."
